Talk to us about Day Services

Closed 31 Jul 2017

Opened 23 Jun 2017

We are keen to find out more from those who directly use Day Care services but we would also like to hear from family members, carers and those who provide these services.

What do you currently do?

What sort of activities do you get involved with? Do you like making music or are you into gardening? You might be a budding photographer or like spending time in the workshop?

When do you do these activities? Is it a regular thing and how long does it last? We would also like to know how you get there and how far do you travel?

What would you like to do in the future?

Are there things that you would like to try more of? Maybe you would like to try painting or take part in a sport? Are there activities that you’d like to do but don’t know where to start?  Have you thought about volunteering or getting a job?

We would also like to know where is easy for you to get to? And are there different places that you like to go?

Why We Are Consulting

Cumbria County Council is finding out more about what people want from Day Services. We’re talking to people who use Day Services in informal sessions to find out what works well and how it can be improved. We also want to hear what people want from the service in the future.

By telling us what you think about Day Services you will be helping us to identify improvements and make sure we are putting the effort into the right places.
