The consultation responses have been passed to the Planning Inspector, Mrs Shelagh Bussey, for her to consider and inform her final report. This report will be available at the end of March 2010.

Overview

Public hearings were held last year in September and December to discuss the Core Strategy, the first document in the Local Development Framework by Eden District Council. As a result of the hearings the appointed Inspector, Shelagh Bussey, has published a number of changes that are open to consultation.
