Penrith Town Council's Business Plan will influence the budget process and resource allocation of the Council. The Business Plan is flexible to meet changing demands as the District Council further devolves services. It has also accommodated emerging feedback from the information gathered from the Statutory Regulation 14 consultation for the Penrith Neighbourhood Development Plan.

Why We Are Consulting

The Town Council are consulting on each of the six priorities in the Business Plan and will include the analysis of public feedback in a report to full Council on 23rd September. When the Plan is formally resolved by full Council, it will be used as a formal document. 

What Happens Next

When the full Town Council agrees the Business Plan, it will become a formal document leading development between 2019-2023
